Shipping Information Accuracy

It is imperative that shipping information provided is accurate to facilitate successful delivery. Any necessary alterations to shipping details should be communicated via email to Support@bellvista.in. These adjustments must be made prior to your order being marked as dispatched.

Order Dispatch

For all tracked 24/48 orders, we strive to dispatch them on the same working day, provided your order is placed before 12 pm.

Estimated Delivery Times

While our goal is to dispatch orders promptly, please allow for a potential 1-2 working day processing time. Our standard delivery time frame is 5-7 working days, although it may extend to 7-8 working days in certain circumstances.

Receipt of Delivery

In the event you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery personnel will make every effort to deliver your parcel to a neighboring address or a family member. If such delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the item will be returned to the Customer Service Point. You will have the option to either collect the parcel in person or arrange for a redelivery.

Important Notes

• Never disclose any delivery confirmation OTP (One-Time Password) over the phone or make payments for any charges not specified on the shipping label. Please share the delivery confirmation OTP only upon receiving your parcel.

• Do not accept parcels that appear torn or have been tampered with. Your security and the integrity of your order are paramount to us.
